how we compare
Big Tech hands you scraps. Ad-supported drives throttle you to 480p. Seedboxes rent you a sliver of space for $8–$20/mo. We hand you 200 GB free — permanently, with the tools they charge for.

frequently asked questions
Got questions about our founding member program, remote downloading, or privacy policies? Here are straight, transparent answers.
It is 100% free forever. If you reserve your founding seat before launch, your vault opens at 200 GB with no trial period, no expiration countdown, and zero requirement to enter a credit card.
Once all 1,000 founding seats are claimed, general signups will open at the standard 100 GB free tier. Founding members keep their 200 GB quota for life.
Google Drive gives you 15 GB (which is aggressively consumed by your Gmail inbox and Google Photos). Apple iCloud hands you only 5 GB, and Dropbox gives a tiny 2 GB. That means freevault gives you 13x to 100x more free space.
Furthermore, Big Tech drives don't provide seedbox remote downloading or native Stremio media streaming. With freevault, you get a full-fledged cloud media hub and personal drive in one.
On Pro and Max plans, you can paste any direct HTTP/FTP link or magnet/torrent link into your dashboard. Our cloud servers download the content at multi-gigabit speeds directly into your storage vault.
This means your home internet connection isn't throttled, your phone battery isn't drained, and you can close your laptop while the download finishes silently in the cloud.
Yes, direct play streaming is built-in. Any media stored in your vault can be streamed instantly through high-speed content delivery channels.
We provide a 1-click Stremio community add-on link, as well as direct HTTPS stream URLs that you can paste into VLC, Infuse, Kodi, or play directly in your web browser with complete subtitle support.
Never. Services like TeraBox offer large free tiers by bombarding you with aggressive popups, tracking your browsing behavior, and throttling your streaming to 480p.
freevault operates on a clean freemium model: our free tier has zero advertising and zero tracking. It is sustained by power users who upgrade to our high-capacity Pro (₹39/mo) and Max (₹100/mo) plans.
Founding seats are strictly capped at 1,000 users. Once this limit is reached (or when the countdown timer strikes zero), the founding 200 GB offer will permanently close.
Future users will only have access to the standard 100 GB free tier. By joining the waitlist today, your 200 GB allocation is safely locked in.
freevault is built from the ground up to be truly cross-platform. It works in any modern browser across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
We also offer an authentic Windows 7-style web desktop workspace, mobile-optimized progressive web app (PWA), and fast drag-and-drop chunked uploads for files of all sizes.
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro (500 GB) or Max (1 TB) whenever you need remote downloader bandwidth or 4K playback. There are no contracts, and you can cancel anytime with one click.
If you ever downgrade back to Starter, your founding 200 GB allocation remains yours forever.
Founding seats are limited and won't be reissued. Join the waitlist now and your 200 GB vault is locked in the moment we open — no card, no commitment, just early access.
